Since 2022, anyone claiming feed-in tariffs for subsidized installations must bear the marketing costs set by the transmission system operators in accordance with statutory requirements (Section 53 (4) EEG).
The transmission system operators determine the deduction amount for subsidized installations in accordance with Annex 1 No. 9.3 of the Energy Financing Act (EnFG) and publish this in accordance with Section 51 (1) EnFG by 25 October of a calendar year for the following year.
The deduction amount for subsidized installations for the year 2025 is 0.715 ct/kWh.
The deduction amount was determined in consultation with the Federal Network Agency, which monitors compliance with the statutory requirements on a statutory basis. The values for feed-in from subsidized plants in 2025 required for the calculation were determined by an independent expert on behalf of the four transmission system operators.
