According to Article 18 (2), the TSOs must by February 11, 2017:
a. inform the functional units obliged to deliver the data about the information to be delivered and the corresponding delivery deadlines.
b. forward the information specified in (a) to ENTSO-E.
c. prepare draft implementation rules on the applicability of data delivery, for example on data formats and technical requirements for the IT implementation of the data delivery process in accordance with the procedures applicable under national legislation.
